Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of NEB (nuclease-excised body) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their pivotal role in various biological processes, including DNA repair, replication, and recombination. NEB proteins, particularly those involved in the nucleic acid processing, are essential for maintaining genomic stability and facilitating cellular responses to DNA damage. Their unique enzymatic activities, such as endonuclease, exonuclease, and helicase functions, make them valuable tools for research and therapeutic applications. As recombinant DNA technology has advanced, the ability to produce NEB proteins in vitro using techniques like bacterial expression systems has allowed researchers to investigate their biochemical properties and functional mechanisms in greater detail. This research has implications not only for basic science but also for applied fields, such as gene therapy, cancer treatment, and synthetic biology, where engineered nucleases and recombinases are employed for targeted genome editing. Furthermore, NEB proteins serve as pivotal reagents in molecular cloning, next-generation sequencing, and other genomic technologies, underscoring their versatility and importance in modern biological research. Thus, understanding their structure, function, and applications remains a crucial trajectory for ongoing research, promising enhanced methodologies and innovations within the realms of genetic engineering and molecular therapeutics.
