Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF181 is a member of the RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase family, which plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, a vital cellular mechanism for protein degradation and regulation. The interest in RNF181 stems from its potential involvement in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and apoptosis. Recent studies have suggested that RNF181 may be linked to pathological conditions such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its significance in both normal cellular functions and disease states. The recombinant production of RNF181 is essential for studying its biochemical properties, molecular interactions, and functional roles in different cellular contexts. By generating and characterizing recombinant RNF181 protein, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action and establish its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationship of RNF181 could provide insights into its regulatory capabilities and interactions with other cellular proteins. This research is vital for advancing our knowledge of ubiquitin ligases and their contributions to cellular homeostasis and disease mechanisms.
