Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FZD4, a member of the Frizzled family of Wnt receptor proteins, plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various physiological processes, including development, cellular differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in numerous diseases, particularly cancers and developmental disorders. The FZD4 protein facilitates the transduction of Wnt signals through its interaction with Wnt ligands, allowing for the activation of downstream signaling cascades that influence gene expression and cellular behavior. Research into recombinant FZD4 protein has gained significance as it provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying Wnt signaling, enabling the exploration of its role in pathophysiological processes. The production of FZD4 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies concerning its structural characteristics, receptor-ligand interactions, and the functional consequences of signaling dysregulation. Furthermore, understanding FZD4's role could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting Wnt-related diseases. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of FZD4 recombinant proteins to elucidate their functional properties and potential applications in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy. Additionally, the ability to produce FZD4 in a controlled environment helps facilitate high-throughput screening for small molecules or antibodies that can modulate its activity, thus enhancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential as a drug target. Overall, the research on recombinant FZD4 protein holds promise for advancing our knowledge of Wnt signaling pathways and their implications in health and disease.
