Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GaNAB, a recombinant protein derived from the naturally occurring protein Asparaginase, has garnered significant attention in the context of cancer treatment and biotechnology. Originally isolated from bacterial sources, L-asparaginase serves a vital role in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), as it facilitates the depletion of asparagine in the bloodstream, leading to the selective inhibition of leukemic cell proliferation. The conventional forms of asparaginase, however, face challenges such as immunogenicity and a relatively short half-life in circulation, prompting researchers to explore recombinant DNA technology to enhance the properties of this enzyme. The development of GaNAB aims to produce a more stable and effective form of asparaginase through genetic engineering techniques, which not only increase its therapeutic efficacy but also reduce side effects and improve patient outcomes. Additionally, the exploration of GaNAB opens avenues for various biotechnological applications beyond oncology, including food industry uses, where asparaginase can mitigate the formation of acrylamide in processed foods. By enhancing our understanding of the structure-function relationship of GaNAB, researchers strive to advance its application in both therapeutic and industrial fields, marking a pivotal step in the innovation of protein-based therapies and bioproduct development.
