稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NDOR1, or NADH-dependent oxidoreductase 1, is a key enzyme involved in cellular redox balance and energy metabolism, playing a significant role in the mitochondrial function and stress response. Its importance has been underscored by studies linking NDOR1 to various physiological and pathological processes, including oxidative stress, aging, and neurodegenerative diseases. Research has shown that NDOR1 participates in the modulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can damage cellular components and contribute to disease progression if not properly regulated. Consequently, the exploration of NDOR1 recombinant protein has become crucial for understanding its structure-function relationships and potential therapeutic implications. By producing NDOR1 in recombinant systems, researchers can investigate its enzymatic activity, interaction with other cellular proteins, and regulatory mechanisms under different physiological conditions. This research not only enhances our understanding of NDOR1's role in metabolism but also opens avenues for developing novel strategies to mitigate oxidative stress-related disorders. Through the study of NDOR1 recombinant protein, scientists aim to elucidate its involvement in maintaining cellular homeostasis and potentially identify new targets for therapeutic intervention in diseases associated with redox imbalances.
