Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HAase, or Hyaluronidase, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the degradation of hyaluronic acid, a significant component of the extracellular matrix. Research into HAase recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential therapeutic applications in various medical fields, including oncology, dermatology, and regenerative medicine. Hyaluronic acid is vital for tissue hydration, proliferation, and migration, making HAase instrumental in promoting the bioavailability of drugs and enhancing tissue permeability. The production of recombinant HAase allows for a more controlled and efficient source of the enzyme compared to traditional extraction methods, which may yield variable results due to the heterogeneous nature of natural sources. Advances in genetic engineering and fermentation technologies facilitate large-scale production and purification of HAase, enhancing its application as a therapeutic agent. Recent studies have focused on optimizing HAase for specific activities and improving its stability and efficacy in various biological environments. Consequently, the investigation of HAase recombinant proteins not only contributes to understanding the biological roles of hyaluronidase but also paves the way for innovative treatments that harness its enzymatic properties to modulate tissue dynamics and enhance drug delivery systems. The ongoing exploration of HAase highlights its significance as a biopharmaceutical and its promise in advancing personalized medicine approaches.
