Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCAPG2, or "Nuclear Coat-Associated Protein 2," is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell division and genomic stability. Recent studies have highlighted its significant role in organizing the mitotic spindle and facilitating proper chromosome segregation during cell division. Research shows that NCAPG2 expression is closely linked to cancer progression, with elevated levels often correlating with poor patient prognosis. This association has led scientists to investigate the potential of NCAPG2 as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and as a target for therapeutic interventions. Recombining NCAPG2 in laboratory settings allows researchers to elucidate its structural and functional properties, paving the way for understanding its mechanisms in disease contexts. The exploration of NCAPG2 not only provides insights into fundamental cellular biology but also holds promise for advancing personalized medicine approaches in oncology, where modulation of this protein could lead to innovative treatment strategies. Understanding the biochemical pathways influenced by NCAPG2 can contribute significantly to developing targeted therapies aimed at inhibiting its action in tumor cells, thereby improving patient outcomes in cancer treatment.
