Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SATB2 (Special AT-rich Sequence-Binding Protein 2) is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression during development, particularly in bone formation and neural patterning. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological processes, including osteoblast differentiation and craniofacial development. Abnormal expression or mutations in the SATB2 gene have been linked to a range of developmental disorders, including intellectual disability and skeletal dysplasia. Given its essential functions, there is increasing interest in elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying SATB2's activity and its interactions with other proteins and DNA. Recombinant SATB2 protein has been developed to study its properties and functions in vitro, enabling researchers to investigate how SATB2 binds to specific DNA sequences and regulates target gene expression. The generation of SATB2 recombinant protein provides a valuable tool for exploring its role in cellular processes and may pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting SATB2-related developmental issues. Through these investigations, a deeper understanding of SATB2's impact on developmental biology and human diseases can be achieved, facilitating the identification of novel intervention points for clinical applications.
