Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCS (Tetracycline Controllable System) recombinant proteins have gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to their potential applications in studying gene expression and protein function. The TCS is a versatile system that allows for precise control over the expression of target genes by utilizing tetracycline or its derivatives as inducers. This system has been particularly valuable in mammalian cell culture, where you can achieve both temporal and spatial regulation of protein expression. The ability to finely tune gene expression is crucial for investigating complex biological processes, such as cellular signaling pathways and disease mechanisms. Furthermore, TCS recombinant proteins facilitate the study of protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications, and the effects of specific proteins on cellular behavior. The ongoing research on TCS not only improves our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for developing therapeutic strategies, including gene therapy and personalized medicine. By elucidating the mechanisms underlying protein function and regulation through the use of TCS, researchers are opening new avenues for the treatment of various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders. Thus, the study of TCS recombinant proteins is a dynamic and promising area of research with broad implications for biotechnology and medicine.
