Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) recombinant proteins is situated within the broader context of biomedical research, particularly in the realms of nutrition and therapeutics. EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid predominantly found in marine organisms, has been extensively researched for its anti-inflammatory and cardioprotective properties. Given the growing interest in harnessing the potential health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids, researchers have turned to genetic engineering techniques to produce recombinant proteins that can enhance the bioavailability and efficacy of EPA. These recombinant proteins are designed to optimize the delivery of EPA to target biological systems, potentially addressing various health issues, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. Additionally, the use of recombinant technology allows for the development of sustainable and controlled production methods, reducing reliance on wild fish stocks and addressing environmental concerns associated with overfishing. The ongoing exploration of EPA recombinant proteins aims to contribute valuable insights into their functional mechanisms, therapeutic applications, and overall impact on human health, paving the way for innovative dietary supplements and pharmaceutical interventions.
