Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYO9A, a member of the myosin superfamily, encodes a non-muscle motor protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and cytoskeletal organization. Research on MYO9A has gained momentum due to its implicated functions in both physiological and pathological contexts, such as cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases. The protein interacts with actin filaments and participates in the regulation of cell shape and motility, making it a significant focus in studies related to cell dynamics. Additionally, alterations in MYO9A expression and function have been observed in various tumors, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Understanding the structure and function of MYO9A, alongside the mechanisms that regulate its activity, is essential for elucidating its role in cellular physiology and its contributions to disease processes. As a result, the development of recombinant MYO9A protein has become a vital area of research, facilitating investigations into its biochemical properties and interactions and opening avenues for therapeutic applications. With advancements in recombinant protein technology, generating MYO9A in a purified form allows for detailed studies of its functional domains, enzymatic activity, and potential as a target for drug development. Overall, the study of recombinant MYO9A protein is poised to enhance our understanding of its cellular roles and broaden the perspective on its implications in health and disease.
