Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MMT (Melanoma-associated Maturation protein) recombinant proteins is critical due to their potential applications in cancer immunotherapy and diagnostics. MMT has gained attention in recent years as a biomarker associated with melanoma progression and immune response. The ability to produce recombinant MMT proteins allows for extensive research into their structure, function, and interactions within the tumor microenvironment. Understanding these proteins at a molecular level can unveil their roles in tumor cell signaling, immune evasion, and metastasis. Furthermore, recombinant MMT can be used to develop targeted therapies or vaccines aimed at enhancing the immune system's response against melanoma cells. As the incidence of melanoma continues to rise globally, discovering effective therapeutic strategies is imperative. The investigation of MMT recombinant proteins not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of melanoma biology but also opens avenues for innovative treatments that can improve patient outcomes in this aggressive form of skin cancer. By utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques, researchers are able to produce large quantities of these proteins, facilitating detailed studies on their immunogenicity and potential therapeutic applications.
