Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB1A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases that plays a crucial role in the regulation of intracellular vesicular transport, especially in the secretory pathway. It is predominantly involved in the trafficking of proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the Golgi apparatus. Dysregulation of RAB1A has been linked to various disease states, including neurodegenerative diseases and certain cancers. Given its pivotal role in membrane dynamics and cellular communication, researchers have increasingly focused on RAB1A as a potential target for therapeutic intervention and as a tool for understanding the complexities of cellular transport mechanisms. Recombinant RAB1A proteins are essential for these studies, providing a means to investigate its functional properties, biochemical interactions, and role in cellular processes. By expressing RAB1A in suitable systems and purifying the protein, researchers can conduct in-depth studies on its activity, elucidate its mechanisms of action, and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Recent advances in recombinant technology have facilitated the production of RAB1A protein with high purity and functionality, enabling detailed functional assays and structural analysis. Through this research, insights into the molecular underpinnings of RAB1A's role in vesicular trafficking could lead to new strategies for treating diseases associated with its dysfunction, thus highlighting the significance of RAB1A recombinant proteins in both basic and applied biomedical research.
