稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cacng1 encodes the gamma-1 subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, which play essential roles in various physiological processes, including neurotransmitter release, muscle contraction, and gene expression. This subunit is known to influence the channel's biophysical properties and facilitate the proper functioning of calcium signaling pathways. Mutations or dysregulation of Cacng1 have been implicated in a range of neurological and cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its importance in health and disease. Recent research has focused on the recombinant production of Cacng1 proteins to elucidate their structural and functional characteristics in a controlled laboratory environment. By generating recombinant Cacng1, scientists aim to investigate the protein's interactions with other channel subunits, regulatory proteins, and potential pharmacological agents. This research not only advances our understanding of calcium channel physiology but also provides crucial insights for developing targeted therapies for related diseases. Overall, the study of recombinant Cacng1 protein is a vital step toward unraveling the complexities of calcium signaling and its implications in various biological systems.
