Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX19B, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, ribosome biogenesis, and stress responses. Its function in RNA unwinding and remodeling is essential for processes such as mRNA splicing, translation, and degradation. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of DDX19B in viral replication, where it facilitates the export of viral RNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, making it a potential target for antiviral therapies. Furthermore, mutations or dysregulation of DDX19B have been implicated in several diseases, including certain cancers and neurological disorders. The recombinant expression of DDX19B allows for detailed studies into its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular factors, paving the way for a deeper understanding of its role in health and disease. By investigating the structural and functional characteristics of the recombinant DDX19B protein, researchers aim to uncover its mechanistic insights and explore its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in the context of RNA-related pathologies.
