Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EXOC3, a core component of the exocyst complex, plays a crucial role in the regulation of exocytosis, which is fundamental for various cellular processes such as secretion, membrane trafficking, and cell signaling. This protein is significant for the transport of vesicles to the plasma membrane, facilitating the release of proteins, neurotransmitters, and hormones. Research into EXOC3 has gained attention due to its involvement in multiple physiological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of EXOC3 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional aspects of EXOC3 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanistic role in exocytosis and the broader implications for cell biology. This research is essential for developing novel strategies for disease intervention and for advancing our comprehension of cellular communication and function.
