Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The Mageh1 protein, a member of the cancer/testis antigen family, has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its restricted expression profile, predominantly in malignant tissues and certain germline cells, making it a promising target for immunotherapy. Initially identified in the context of melanoma, Mageh1 is classified as a tumor-associated antigen that elicits T-cell responses, suggesting its potential role in cancer vaccines and targeted therapies. Its expression is largely absent in normal somatic tissues, which raises the possibility of developing therapies with minimal off-target effects. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Mageh1's role in tumorigenesis and immune evasion is critical for harnessing its potential in clinical applications. Recent studies have focused on optimizing the production of recombinant Mageh1 protein for use in both diagnostic and therapeutic settings. Researchers are exploring its utility as a biomarker for early cancer detection and as a candidate for personalized cancer vaccine strategies, aiming to elicit robust immune responses against tumors expressing this antigen. The ongoing investigation into the structure, function, and immunogenicity of Mageh1 will provide valuable insights into its role in tumor biology and pave the way for innovative cancer immunotherapies tailored to exploit its unique expression characteristics. Overall, the Mageh1 protein stands at the forefront of cancer immunology research, with the potential to significantly impact the future landscape of cancer treatment.
