稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AGL (Amylo-1,6-glucosidase) is an essential enzyme involved in carbohydrate metabolism, specifically in the breakdown of starch and glycogen. Its primary role is to hydrolyze the alpha-1,6-glycosidic bonds in branched polysaccharides, thereby facilitating the release of glucose units for energy production and metabolic processes. The study of AGL has gained significant attention in the context of various diseases, particularly those related to glucose metabolism, such as diabetes and glycogen storage disorders. Understanding the structure and function of AGL can enhance our knowledge of its regulatory mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. Researchers have focused on the recombinant production of AGL to provide a better understanding of its biochemical properties, structure-function relationships, and enzymatic activity. Recombinant proteins offer the advantage of high purity and availability, which is crucial for biochemical assays and structural studies. Advances in molecular biology techniques, such as genetic engineering and expression systems, have facilitated the production of AGL in various host organisms, including bacteria and yeast. This research is pivotal not only for elucidating the role of AGL in metabolic pathways but also for exploring its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, such as in the development of enzyme-based therapies for metabolic disorders. Therefore, the study of recombinant AGL protein represents a crucial intersection of enzymology, metabolism, and therapeutic innovation, with the potential to contribute to improved health outcomes in conditions affected by carbohydrate metabolism.
