Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MPHOSPH10, a member of the nucleolar phosphoprotein family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis and cell cycle regulation. Research indicates that MPHOSPH10 is involved in the assembly of ribosomal subunits and is essential for the proper functioning of the nucleolus. Dysregulation of MPHOSPH10 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where altered expression levels may disrupt normal cellular functions. Studies have shown that MPHOSPH10 interacts with other proteins in the nucleolus, suggesting its involvement in complex molecular pathways. Understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of MPHOSPH10 is vital for elucidating its role in cellular homeostasis and its potential implications in pathological conditions. By developing recombinant MPHOSPH10 proteins, researchers aim to investigate its biochemical properties, protein interactions, and functional dynamics in greater detail. This comprehensive approach not only enhances our understanding of its biological significance but also opens avenues for potential therapeutic strategies targeting MPHOSPH10-related pathways in diseases.
