Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCB10 is a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, which plays a crucial role in the transport of various molecules across cellular membranes. This protein is known to be involved in the transport of heme and other important metabolites, making it significant in processes such as erythropoiesis and iron homeostasis. Research has indicated that mutations or dysregulation of ABCB10 may be linked to various hematological disorders and cancers, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of recombinant ABCB10 protein has gained importance as it allows for the detailed investigation of its structure, function, and interactions in a controlled environment. By producing this protein in a recombinant system, researchers can assess its transport capabilities, characterize its binding properties, and explore its role in cellular mechanisms. This research is pivotal in understanding the functional implications of ABCB10, paving the way for developing novel strategies to address diseases associated with its dysfunction. Thus, investigating ABCB10 at the molecular level is essential for elucidating its biological significance and exploring new therapeutic avenues.
