Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MEX3B is a member of the MEX3 family of RNA-binding proteins that plays a critical role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is involved in various cellular processes, including mRNA stability, translation, and degradation. Dysregulation of MEX3B has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancers, where it can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Research has shown that MEX3B regulates the expression of genes relevant to cell proliferation and survival, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant expression of MEX3B allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationship, interactions with RNA and other proteins, and its role in cellular pathways. Understanding MEX3B at the molecular level could provide valuable insights into its function and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease contexts. Consequently, the study of recombinant MEX3B protein is crucial for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and for the development of strategies aimed at modulating its activity in pathological conditions.
