Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCB9, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its crucial role in cellular lipid metabolism and immune response. Research indicates that ABCB9 is implicated in the transport of a variety of substrates, including lipids and potentially bioactive molecules, which are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of ABCB9 expression has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, studies have revealed that ABCB9 is involved in the presentation of antigens to immune cells, highlighting its importance in immunology. The recombinant expression of ABCB9 protein allows for the exploration of its structural and functional properties, facilitating a deeper understanding of its mechanisms of action. This research not only provides insights into the fundamental biology of ABC transporters but also opens avenues for developing novel strategies to target ABCB9 in disease contexts. Overall, the study of ABCB9 and its recombinant protein forms is pivotal for unraveling its multifaceted roles in health and disease.
