Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDCL3, or Phosphodiesterase 3, is an enzyme that plays a significant role in the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways by hydrolyzing cyclic nucleotides, particularly cyclic AMP (cAMP) and cyclic GMP (cGMP). This regulation is crucial for various physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PDCL3 activity has been implicated in a variety of diseases, particularly cardiovascular disorders and certain types of cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant expression of PDCL3 protein facilitates the study of its structural and functional properties, aiding researchers in understanding its biochemical mechanisms and interactions in cellular contexts. Moreover, producing PDCL3 in a recombinant form allows for large-scale purification and functional assays, enabling the exploration of its role in signal transduction pathways more effectively. Continued research into PDCL3 is essential for developing new pharmacological agents that could modulate its activity and provide novel treatments for diseases associated with its dysregulation. As a result, characterizing PDCL3 through recombinant protein studies is a vital area of investigation in both basic and applied biological sciences.
