稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PDCL (Phosphatidylserine Decarboxylase-Like) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential role in various biological processes and their implications in health and disease. PDCL is a member of the phosphatidylserine decarboxylase family, which is critical in lipid metabolism, specifically in the biosynthesis of phosphatidylethanolamine from phosphatidylserine. This enzyme is essential for maintaining membrane integrity and function in cells, particularly in the nervous system. Research indicates that PDCL may also play a role in cellular signaling pathways and apoptosis, making it a candidate for studying neurodegenerative diseases and other disorders linked to lipid dysregulation. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the expression and characterization of PDCL proteins in model organisms, allowing researchers to investigate their structure-function relationships and enzymatic activity. Understanding the biochemical properties and regulatory mechanisms of PDCL can provide insights into its physiological roles and therapeutic potential, paving the way for the development of targeted treatments for diseases associated with phospholipid metabolism. Furthermore, the study of PDCL recombinant proteins contributes to a broader understanding of lipid biology and its impact on cellular health, thereby underscoring the importance of this field in biomedical research.
