稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OVCA2, a cancer/testis (CT) antigen, has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its restricted expression pattern primarily found in ovarian carcinomas and normal testicular tissues. This unique expression profile makes OVCA2 an attractive target for immunotherapeutic approaches, particularly in ovarian cancer, which remains one of the leading causes of mortality among gynecological malignancies. The recombinant OVCA2 protein is being explored for its potential role in eliciting a robust immune response, contributing to tumor rejection. Studies have indicated that the immune system can recognize OVCA2 as a tumor-associated antigen, allowing for the development of vaccines and adoptive T-cell therapies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Additionally, understanding the structure and function of the OVCA2 protein may provide insights into its role in tumorigenesis, facilitating the identification of novel therapeutic targets. The ongoing research into OVCA2 seeks not only to improve clinical outcomes for ovarian cancer patients but also to expand the knowledge of cancer immunology and the development of personalized treatment strategies. As such, the study of OVCA2 recombinant protein is at the forefront of efforts to innovate cancer therapies, highlighting the importance of CT antigens in the broader context of tumor immunology and therapeutic advancement.
