Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research background of PKH (Protein Kinase H) recombinant protein is rooted in the growing importance of protein kinases in cellular signaling and regulation. Protein kinases play a pivotal role in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism, making their study crucial for understanding disease mechanisms, particularly in cancers and metabolic disorders. PKH is known to be involved in several signaling pathways, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various pathological conditions. As a result, the development of recombinant PKH protein has emerged as a vital tool for exploring its structure-function relationships, interaction partners, and potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of large quantities of functional PKH protein, facilitating biochemical assays, crystallization studies, and cellular experiments. Understanding PKH's role in signaling networks not only contributes to basic biological research but also holds potential for the development of targeted therapies, emphasizing the importance of characterizing this protein in the context of human health and disease.
