Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MALT1 (Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma Transcript 1) is a crucial regulator of the NF-κB signaling pathway and plays a significant role in immune response and inflammation. The protein, often implicated in the pathogenesis of various lymphomas, particularly mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphomas, has garnered considerable attention in cancer research. MALT1 exhibits protease activity that can cleave specific substrates, leading to the activation of oncogenic pathways and contributing to lymphomagenesis. The study of MALT1 recombinant proteins is vital for understanding its function, mechanisms of action, and involvement in oncogenic processes. Researchers are particularly interested in elucidating how MALT1 interacts with other cellular proteins and its role in the modulation of immune responses. The use of recombinant MALT1 proteins allows for controlled studies, helping to dissect its molecular interactions and regulatory functions within signaling cascades. Additionally, understanding MALT1's structure and function not only aids in identifying potential therapeutic targets for treating MALT1-associated malignancies but also enhances our knowledge of its broader implications in immune system regulation. As such, MALT1 continues to be a focal point for research aimed at developing innovative approaches for combating cancers where this protein is a critical player in the pathogenesis.
