Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOL3, also known as nucleolar protein 3, is a multifunctional protein primarily involved in cellular processes such as ribosome biogenesis, stress response, and regulation of apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted its role in various pathological conditions, including cancer, where dysregulation of NOL3 function can lead to altered cell proliferation and survival. Researchers are particularly interested in NOL3 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target due to its involvement in tumor suppression and its interactions with key cellular pathways. The recombinant expression of NOL3 protein allows for detailed investigations into its structure-function relationships, providing insights into its mechanisms of action in both normal and diseased states. Advances in protein engineering techniques have enabled the production of NOL3 in sufficient quantities for biochemical assays, structural analyses, and functional studies. Given the increasing recognition of NOL3's significance in health and disease, ongoing research aims to elucidate its precise roles and regulatory mechanisms, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting NOL3-related pathways in cancer and other diseases.
