Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADRbK2, a recombinant protein derived from the adrenergic receptor family, plays a critical role in various physiological and pathological processes, including cardiovascular regulation and signal transduction. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in mediating cellular responses to catecholamines, which are essential for the modulation of heart rate and blood pressure. The focus on ADRbK2 is particularly relevant due to its potential therapeutic applications in treating cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and neuropsychiatric conditions. Understanding the structure-function relationship of ADRbK2 can provide insights into its mechanism of action and aid in the development of targeted drugs. Furthermore, the production of this recombinant protein allows for detailed biophysical and biochemical characterization, facilitating the exploration of receptor dynamics and interactions at the molecular level. With advancements in protein engineering and expression systems, researchers are now able to produce high yields of functional ADRbK2, paving the way for extensive functional assays and high-throughput screening of potential ligands. Overall, the study of ADRbK2 as a recombinant protein is of paramount importance for unraveling the complexities of adrenergic signaling and for the design of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity for clinical benefit.
