Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC49, a gene belonging to the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various biological processes. Research indicates that LRR proteins are crucial in mediating protein-protein interactions and play significant roles in cellular signaling, development, and immune responses. Given the structural characteristics of LRRC49, which include a series of LRR motifs, scientists hypothesize that it may function as a scaffold for assembling multiprotein complexes. Additionally, emerging studies suggest that LRRC49 could be implicated in certain neurological disorders, highlighting its potential relevance in neurobiology. However, the specific functions and mechanisms of action of LRRC49 remain underexplored. Thus, generating and characterizing recombinant LRRC49 protein is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties and biological roles. By producing this protein in a heterologous expression system, researchers aim to investigate its interactions with other cellular components, providing insights that could contribute to understanding its function in health and disease. Through these studies, LRRC49 may reveal novel targets for therapeutic intervention, particularly in contexts where its dysregulation is implicated. Overall, the study of LRRC49 as a recombinant protein serves as a foundational step towards unraveling its contributions to cellular mechanisms and its potential implications in human health.
