稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKIRAS2, a member of the RAS protein superfamily, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. It is involved in intracellular signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Research indicates that NKIRAS2 may play a crucial role in cancer biology, particularly in the modulation of signaling cascades associated with tumor progression and metastasis. The expression levels of NKIRAS2 have been linked to the aggressiveness of certain cancers, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, as an emerging player in the immune response, NKIRAS2 is being evaluated for its impact on the functionality of immune cells. The development of recombinant NKIRAS2 proteins for research purposes is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties and interactions with other signaling molecules. By studying the structure-function relationship of NKIRAS2 through recombinant techniques, scientists aim to gain insights into its role in oncogenesis and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, the investigation of NKIRAS2 and its recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of complex signaling networks and identifying new avenues for the treatment of cancer and other diseases associated with dysregulated signaling pathways.
