Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKIRAS1, also known as nuclear factor-kappa B-interacting Ras-like protein 1, is a crucial member of the Ras superfamily involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research into NKIRAS1 has gained significant attention due to its potential role in oncogenesis and its interactions with key signaling pathways, such as NF-κB and MAPK. Dysregulation of NKIRAS1 has been associated with several malignancies, making it a target of interest for cancer therapeutics. Understanding the structure and function of NKIRAS1 could unveil its mechanisms in tumorigenesis and provide insights into novel treatment strategies. The production of recombinant NKIRAS1 protein allows researchers to study its biochemical properties and interactions in greater detail, facilitating the exploration of its role in health and disease. This research not only deepens our understanding of cancer biology but also holds promise for the development of targeted therapies, emphasizing the significance of NKIRAS1 as a prospective biomarker and therapeutic target in cancer research.
