Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC45 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing Protein 45) is a relatively newly identified protein that has garnered attention in recent years for its potential roles in cellular signaling and development. Characterized by its leucine-rich repeat motifs, LRRC45 is believed to be involved in various processes, including the regulation of gene expression and the organization of cellular structures. Preliminary studies suggest that LRRC45 may play a critical role in the differentiation of stem cells and the development of the nervous system. Research has indicated its involvement in modulating pathways that are crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental signals. This has led to increased interest in understanding its function and mechanisms, particularly in the context of diseases such as cancer and neurodegeneration. Given the complexity of its interactions within cellular networks, the production of recombinant LRRC45 protein has become essential for elucidating its biological functions. Scientists are employing various recombinant DNA techniques to produce and purify LRRC45, allowing them to study its structure and interactions with other cellular proteins in vitro. The exploration of LRRC45's roles in cellular processes holds promise for identifying new therapeutic targets and advancing our understanding of developmental biology and disease mechanisms. As research progresses, a more comprehensive understanding of LRRC45 could pave the way for novel insights into cellular dynamics and potential clinical applications.
