Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYP3A43 is a member of the cytochrome P450 enzyme family, primarily involved in the metabolism of various endogenous and exogenous compounds, including drugs and steroids. It has garnered attention due to its unique genetic variations, which can influence drug metabolism and response in different populations. Research into CYP3A43 is important for understanding its role in pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine, as variations in this enzyme can lead to differences in drug efficacy and toxicity. The elucidation of CYP3A43’s function and the structural characteristics of its recombinant protein have significant implications for drug development and therapeutic strategies. In particular, studies focus on the enzyme’s substrate specificity, metabolic pathways, and interaction with inhibitors, which can provide insight into potential drug-drug interactions. As the demand for individualized treatment increases, understanding CYP3A43’s polymorphic nature and its recombinant proteins' properties is crucial for optimizing pharmacotherapy and improving patient outcomes.
