Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COL1 recombinants, or collagen type I recombinants, are central to biomedical research due to their essential role in maintaining extracellular matrix integrity and tissue structure. Collagen type I is the most abundant collagen in the human body, primarily found in connective tissues such as skin, bone, and tendons. Studies on COL1 recombinants have gained momentum as they offer insights into various disease states, including fibrosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, and other connective tissue disorders. By using recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce COL1 with specific modifications, enabling in-depth studies of its biochemical properties and interactions. The ability to manipulate COL1 at the molecular level has opened new avenues for regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, and the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, understanding the dynamics of COL1 recombinants not only enhances our knowledge of collagen’s pivotal role in cell signaling and mechanical stability but also contributes to advancements in drug delivery systems and biomaterial design, making it a focus of contemporary biomedical research.
