Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIN54 is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of gene expression and cell cycle progression. It is a member of the LIN (Lymphocyte Inhibition of Nuclear Factor kappa B) family of proteins, which play significant roles in various cellular processes, including differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. LIN54 functions as part of a larger complex that assembles at specific promoters to repress target gene transcription, thus maintaining cellular homeostasis and influencing tissue development. Research on LIN54 has gained momentum due to its implications in cancer biology, where dysregulation of gene expression can lead to oncogenesis. Moreover, LIN54 is often found to be associated with other key regulatory proteins, such as E2F transcription factors, which further emphasizes its role in the intricate network governing the cell cycle. Understanding LIN54's structure and function could provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for malignancies characterized by aberrant gene regulation. Consequently, the recombinant expression and purification of LIN54 have become essential for studying its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and functional mechanisms. Advances in recombinant protein technology facilitate detailed investigations into LIN54's role in health and disease, unveiling its potential as a biomarker for cancer prognosis and a target for novel therapeutic strategies.
