稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BND3, or Band 3, is an essential integral membrane protein primarily found in red blood cell membranes, playing a crucial role in maintaining cellular structure and facilitating gas exchange. Its significance extends to various physiological and pathological processes, including hematological disorders and cellular metabolism. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of BND3 in the erythrocyte’s anion exchanger functions, which are vital for maintaining acid-base balance in the blood and facilitating oxygen delivery to tissues. Additionally, the protein has been implicated in the immune response and cancer biology, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant expression of BND3 protein has garnered attention for various applications, including structural studies and the development of diagnostic assays and vaccines. Research into its structure-function relationships employs advanced biophysical techniques, revealing insights into its dynamic behavior and interactions within the cellular environment. Understanding the molecular mechanisms governing BND3 activity may pave the way for novel treatments for disorders linked to its dysfunction, emphasizing the importance of continued study in this area.
