Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIN28 is a highly conserved RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of developmental processes and stem cell maintenance. Initially identified in the context of developmental biology, LIN28 is known for its involvement in promoting cell proliferation and inhibiting differentiation, making it a key player in oncogenesis and various human diseases. Its ability to interact with let-7 family microRNAs positions LIN28 as a critical regulator of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. As researchers delve deeper into LIN28’s mechanisms of action, reconstituting LIN28 as a recombinant protein has emerged as a vital tool for studying its biochemical properties and cellular functions. This approach allows scientists to investigate LIN28's interactions with RNA targets and other proteins in a controlled environment, providing insights into its role in stem cell reprogramming and cancer biology. The study of LIN28 and its recombinant forms holds potential for developing targeted therapies for diseases linked to its dysregulation, including various cancers and disorders of stem cell dynamics. Through this research, we aim to elucidate the complex networks in which LIN28 operates, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies that harness the unique properties of this versatile protein.
