稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIMK2 (LIM Kinase 2) is an important serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including actin cytoskeleton remodeling, neuronal development, and cell signaling. The dysregulation of LIMK2 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer metastasis and neurodegenerative diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. Research on LIMK2 often focuses on understanding its structural and functional characteristics through recombinant protein studies. The production of recombinant LIMK2 allows for detailed analyses of its enzymatic activity, protein-protein interactions, and regulatory mechanisms. By using expression systems such as bacteria, yeast, or mammalian cells, scientists can generate sufficient quantities of purified LIMK2 for in vitro and in vivo studies. These studies are essential for elucidating the role of LIMK2 in disease and may pave the way for the development of novel drugs aimed at modulating its activity. Overall, the investigation of LIMK2 as a recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also highlights its significance in therapeutic applications.
