Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
N6AMT1 (N6-adenosine methyltransferase 1) is a recently characterized enzyme that plays a critical role in the methylation of adenosine residues in RNA, specifically at the N6 position. This methylation process is significant for various cellular functions, including RNA stability, splicing, transport, and translation. Dysregulation of RNA methylation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making N6AMT1 a target of interest for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have highlighted its importance in regulating gene expression and influencing cellular stress responses. Furthermore, as the understanding of epitranscriptomics—the study of chemical modifications on RNA—expands, N6AMT1 has emerged as a crucial player in the intricate network of RNA modifications. Research into the structural and functional aspects of N6AMT1, including its substrate specificity and interaction with other cellular factors, is essential for developing potential therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity. Additionally, understanding the mechanisms through which N6AMT1 influences RNA biology presents opportunities for innovative approaches in biotechnology and medicine, underscoring the enzyme's relevance in both basic research and clinical applications.
