稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HHIPL1 (Hedgehog Interacting Protein-Like 1) is a protein encoded by the HHIPL1 gene, which has garnered significant interest in biomedical research due to its potential roles in developmental processes and disease mechanisms. Initial studies suggest that HHIPL1 may be involved in the Hedgehog signaling pathway, an essential pathway for cell growth and differentiation that plays a critical role in embryonic development. Dysregulation of this pathway has been linked to various cancers and developmental disorders, highlighting the importance of understanding HHIPL1 function and its interactions within this signaling cascade. Researchers aim to characterize the biochemical properties of HHIPL1, including its structure, interaction partners, and regulatory mechanisms. By producing and studying recombinant HHIPL1 proteins, scientists hope to decipher its biological roles and contributions to pathophysiological conditions. Furthermore, understanding HHIPL1 may provide insights into therapeutic targets for diseases associated with aberrant Hedgehog signaling. Current methodologies include using molecular cloning, protein expression systems, and various biochemical assays to analyze the functionality of HHIPL1. Research involving HHIPL1 is still in relatively early stages, but its potential implications in health and disease make it a promising candidate for further investigation within the fields of cellular biology and genetics.
