  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of gSAP (glycosylated Secreted Acidic Protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. gSAP, a member of the secreted acidic protein family, is known for its role in various biological processes, including inflammation, tissue repair, and cellular signaling. The recombinant production of gSAP enables researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, post-translational modifications, and interaction with other biomolecules in a controlled manner. This research is particularly relevant for developing novel therapeutic approaches for diseases such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, where gSAP may play a regulatory role. Additionally, understanding the glycosylation patterns of gSAP can provide insights into its functional mechanisms and improve the efficacy of potential drug candidates. The advancements in recombinant DNA technology and protein expression systems have facilitated the efficient production of gSAP, allowing for comprehensive biochemical and biophysical characterization. Ultimately, the exploration of gSAP recombinant proteins holds promise for innovative strategies in drug development and personalized medicine.
