Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of recombinant SapA protein has garnered significant attention due to its potential applications in both biotechnology and medicine. SapA, a secreted protein associated with various bacterial pathogens, plays a crucial role in host-pathogen interactions, influencing virulence and immune response. Understanding the structure and function of SapA can provide insights into its mechanism of action and may aid in the development of novel therapeutic strategies. By producing recombinant forms of SapA, researchers aim to investigate its biochemical properties, such as enzymatic activity, stability, and interaction with immune cells. This research is particularly important for developing vaccines or immunotherapies targeting pathogens where SapA is implicated. Additionally, recombinant technology allows for the production of large quantities of purified SapA, facilitating further studies on its role in infection and immunity. Overall, the exploration of recombinant SapA protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of microbial pathogenesis and enhancing therapeutic interventions against infectious diseases.
