Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The FAM19A2 gene, part of the FAM19A gene family, has garnered interest due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes. As a protein involved in cellular signaling and immune responses, FAM19A2 is believed to influence inflammatory pathways and may play a critical role in conditions such as cancer, neurological disorders, and autoimmune diseases. Research has demonstrated that altered expression of FAM19A2 is associated with tumor progression and metastasis, making it a target for therapeutic strategies. The recombinant protein form of FAM19A2 is particularly valuable for studying its functional properties, interactions, and mechanisms within cellular environments. By producing FAM19A2 as a recombinant protein, researchers can conduct in vitro assays to elucidate its biological roles, identify binding partners, and assess its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding the precise function of FAM19A2 through recombinant technologies may pave the way for novel treatments, enhancing our approach to diseases where this protein is implicated, and contributing to the broader field of molecular medicine.
