Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRT75, also known as Keratin 75, is a type of keratin protein primarily expressed in the epithelial cells of the skin, particularly in the hair follicles. Research into KRT75 has gained significant attention due to its role in keratinocyte differentiation, hair development, and its potential involvement in various skin disorders. Keratins are essential structural proteins that provide mechanical stability and resilience to epithelial tissues. Mutations or dysregulation of keratin expression, including KRT75, have been associated with diseases like epidermolysis bullosa and other skin lesions. Studies have shown that KRT75 is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the hair follicle and its proper functioning. Furthermore, KRT75 may serve as a valuable biomarker for certain dermatological conditions and could contribute to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at promoting skin health and regeneration. Given the increasing prevalence of skin-related ailments and the demand for effective treatments, investigating the function and regulation of KRT75 at the molecular level could lead to a better understanding of skin biology and its associated pathologies. Thus, the study of KRT75 recombinant protein holds promise for advancing knowledge in dermatological research and enhancing potential clinical applications.
