Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STK38L, also known as Serine/Threonine Kinase 38-like, is a member of the STK family of protein kinases that has garnered attention in recent years for its potential roles in various cellular processes and pathologies. Research has indicated that STK38L is involved in regulating cellular signaling pathways, particularly those linked to cell growth, proliferation, and survival. This kinase is thought to have implications in cancer biology, where dysregulation of signaling pathways can lead to unrestrained cellular growth and metastasis. Additionally, STK38L may play a role in neurodevelopmental disorders, given its expression patterns in the brain. Investigating STK38L as a recombinant protein allows researchers to elucidate its functional properties, interaction with other cellular molecules, and its overall contribution to disease mechanisms. The development of STK38L recombinant protein provides a valuable tool for drug discovery and therapeutic development, as targeting specific kinases has become a prominent strategy in cancer treatment and other diseases. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of STK38L at a molecular level could open up new avenues for therapeutic interventions. Overall, the study of STK38L and its recombinant protein holds promising potential to advance our knowledge in both basic and applied biomedical research.
