Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0090, also known as PDB: 4Z2G, is a gene of interest due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell division and differentiation. Research suggests that KIAA0090 may be involved in the regulation of microtubule dynamics, which are crucial for maintaining cell structure and function. Understanding its biochemical properties has implications in cancer research, as aberrant regulation of such proteins can lead to tumorigenesis and other pathologies. The recombinant expression of KIAA0090 allows for detailed studies of its functional mechanisms and interactions at the molecular level. By utilizing techniques such as gene cloning, protein purification, and various assays like co-immunoprecipitation, researchers aim to elucidate the role of KIAA0090 in cellular signaling pathways. Investigating its structure-function relationship can potentially lead to novel insights into therapeutic targets, especially in cancer biology where microtubule stability is often compromised. The ongoing exploration of KIAA0090 also highlights the importance of understanding less characterized genes in the larger context of genetics and proteomics, paving the way for future advances in targeted treatments and personalized medicine. As studies continue, the comprehensive characterization of KIAA0090 may offer valuable contributions to the fields of cell biology and molecular medicine.
