Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0082, also known as the GTPase activating protein (GAP), has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and protein research due to its involvement in various cellular processes. Identified as a potential regulator of small GTPases, KIAA0082 plays a crucial role in modulating signal transduction pathways, influencing cellular proliferation, differentiation, and cytoskeletal organization. Its dysregulation has been linked to several pathological conditions, including cancer, making it a subject of interest for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, studies have suggested that KIAA0082 may be involved in neurodevelopmental disorders, highlighting its importance in brain function and neuronal signaling. The recombinant expression of KIAA0082 protein allows for in-depth characterization of its biochemical properties and functional roles in cellular contexts. Through techniques such as crystallography and biochemical assays, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its actions. Understanding KIAA0082’s structure-function relationship could provide insights into its role in disease mechanisms and pave the way for the development of targeted therapies. As such, KIAA0082 serves as a compelling model for studying the intersections of signal transduction and disease pathology, prompting further research into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target.
