稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL1RL1, also known as Interleukin 1 Receptor-Like 1, is a member of the IL-1 receptor family and plays a crucial role in immune response and inflammation. It is primarily expressed in various tissues, including the lungs and immune cells, suggesting its involvement in respiratory diseases and allergic conditions. As a receptor, IL1RL1 is known to bind to its ligand, IL-33, which acts as an alarmin in the context of tissue injury and infection. This interaction is pivotal in activating downstream signaling pathways that promote Th2 cell responses, leading to the production of cytokines such as IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13. Given its significant role in modulating immune responses, IL1RL1 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for treating disorders characterized by excessive inflammation, such as asthma and atopic dermatitis. Research into recombinant IL1RL1 protein aims to better understand its structure, function, and signaling mechanisms, thereby elucidating its role in health and disease. By exploring the pharmacological potential of IL1RL1 and its ligands, scientists seek to develop novel interventions that could mitigate inflammatory conditions and improve patient outcomes. Overall, the study of IL1RL1 recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and for driving the development of new therapies in immunological disorders.
