Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KBTBD7, a member of the BTB-Kelch family of proteins, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified in the context of protein-protein interactions, KBTBD7 is involved in the regulation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, influencing cellular protein degradation pathways. Its structure features a BTB domain that facilitates dimerization and a Kelch repeat that aids in substrate recognition, suggesting a complex mechanism of action in cellular homeostasis. Research has pointed towards its involvement in developmental processes and cancer progression, particularly in how it interacts with key signaling pathways. Additionally, mutations and dysregulation of KBTBD7 have been associated with certain genetic disorders, underscoring its importance in maintaining cellular functions. Understanding the role of KBTBD7 at a molecular level could provide insights into novel therapeutic targets for diseases where its function is disrupted, paving the way for innovative approaches in treatment. As such, the study of KBTBD7 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its biological functions, enhance our understanding of its mechanisms, and explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in human diseases.
